Hello everyone!
I’ve noticed a lot of different opinions about this. Some people say SARMs can help you build muscle almost as well as testosterone, but others think they don’t come close.
If you’ve tried either one or both, what was your experience? Did SARMs give you real size and strength gains, or is testosterone still much more effective?
I’d really like to hear what people have experienced in real life.

Hey! So far, I’ve only tried SARMs like RAD-140 and Ostarine. I did put on some lean muscle, but it happened slowly and wasn’t anything amazing. My strength improved a little, but not by much. From what I’ve seen with friends who use testosterone, the results seem a lot more noticeable, with fuller muscles and quicker gains. Overall, SARMs worked for me, but they didn’t feel like a huge step up.

I used LGD for 8 weeks, and honestly, it was just okay. I looked a little leaner and gained a few pounds, but nothing that really stood out. Later, when I switched to test, the results were completely different. My strength, pumps, and recovery all improved a lot. Compared to that, SARMs just felt like a mild boost.

I haven’t tried testosterone, just SARMs, so I can’t make a direct comparison. From my experience with Ostarine, it’s important to keep your expectations realistic. It helped me keep muscle while cutting and maybe added a little size, but I wouldn’t say it’s great for building a lot of mass.

I tried both at different times. SARMs helped me get a bit leaner and improved my endurance in the gym, but testosterone made a much bigger difference. With test, I was able to add weight to my lifts almost every week and really noticed my frame filling out.

From what I've seen, SARMs can help you get stronger and bigger, and recover faster, but they aren't as effective as testosterone.

Testosterone is much stronger and more reliable for growing muscle. Even though SARMs might feel less potent, they still pose risks and can make you feel down.

So, SARMs do work... Just not at the same level.

For me, SARMs felt overhyped. I saw changes, but they were subtle. Nothing like what people describe with testosterone cycles. I think SARMs are decent for beginners or those wanting something milder, but not if your goal is maximum mass.

One thing I’ll say is that SARMs still suppressed me, which I didn’t expect at first. Even though the gains were smaller, I still had to deal with some of the same downsides. That made me wonder if they’re really worth it compared to just running tests the right way.

From the information I've read in fitness articles and reviews, including content published by Teamroids, SARMs can provide decent lean muscle and strength gains. However, most comparisons still place testosterone ahead when it comes to overall muscle growth, strength, and recovery. It really depends on your goals and risk tolerance.
