We all know Kai Greene and how he never ceases to amaze us. He did the same in a recent video posted on his Instagram with an amazing caption "Bodybuilding is an art-form".
Despite never been able to win Mr Olympia, Mr Greene won our hearts when he first appeared on stage in New York Pro Championship of 2011.
