Sterandryl Retard Steroid Complete Profile

Testosterone hexahydrobenzoate is sold under the brand name Testormon Depot, Sterandryl Retard, Tardosterandryl, and Testosteron-Depot among others, is an androgen and anabolic steroid medication and a testosterone ester.

Sterandryl Retard is testosterone with a hexahydrobenzoate ester that's both short and fast-acting. Sterandryl Retard is often referred to as Test Hexa, or by its Portuguese name Testormon Depositum. Rarely seen independently, Test Hexa is probably best known for its inclusion in Spectriol, a steroid blend that includes Methandriol DiHexahydrobenzoate (20 mg), Nandrolone PhenylHexahydrobenzoate (15 mg) and equal parts (10 mg) of testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate, cypionate, and hexahydrobenzoate.

It is used by intramuscular injection and is provided in the form of ampoules containing 100 mg THHB in oil solution.

Structure

Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate structure

Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate

Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate, commonly known as Sterandryl Retard, is an esterified form of testosterone designed to promote muscle growth, strength, and overall performance. This unique anabolic steroid has a longer half-life compared to other testosterone esters, allowing for less frequent injections and more stable hormone levels in the body.

Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate working

Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate works by enhancing protein synthesis and nitrogen retention, leading to increased muscle mass and strength. It also improves recovery time, enabling users to train more effectively and with greater intensity.

Usage

Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate is used primarily in bulking and cutting cycles to enhance muscle mass, strength, and recovery. Proper cycle planning, including well-structured cycles, recommended dosages, and post-cycle therapy, is essential for achieving optimal results and minimizing potential risks.

Potential side effects of Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate

For the majority of healthy adult males, testosterone hexahydrobenzoate is an extremely well-tolerated anabolic steroid. Being healthy means not having low testosterone. The usage of testosterone hexahydrobenzoate may have negative effects, despite having a high threshold of toleration. This article has categorised the potential side effects of testosterone hexahydrobenzoate and included all the necessary information in order to make them easier to comprehend.

Estrogenic

Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate can lead to estrogenic side effects, such as gynecomastia (development of breast tissue) and water retention, which may cause high blood pressure. Controlling estrogen levels can help avoid these side effects. Anti-estrogens like Nolvadex (SERMs) and Arimidex (AIs) are commonly used for this purpose. AIs are more effective but can be harsh on cholesterol, especially when combined with Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate. SERMs, on the other hand, can promote healthy cholesterol levels. Choosing the right anti-estrogen depends on individual needs, but SERMs are preferred when possible. However, some individuals may still require AIs and should monitor their cholesterol levels closely.

Androgenic

Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate can cause androgenic side effects, such as acne, accelerated hair loss in those prone to male pattern baldness, and increased body hair growth. These effects vary depending on genetic factors, with some individuals experiencing no issues while others may need to be cautious. Testosterone can convert to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which contributes to androgenic activity in the skin and scalp. Finasteride, a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor, may help reduce these effects by decreasing DHT levels, although it may not eliminate them.

Cardiovascular

Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate can negatively affect cholesterol levels, particularly HDL (good cholesterol), potentially leading to a decrease in total HDL levels, especially when combined with an aromatase inhibitor (AI). Supraphysiological doses may result in a significant decrease in HDL cholesterol, possibly up to 20%. Maintaining a cholesterol-friendly lifestyle is crucial when using Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate, including consuming omega fatty acids, limiting saturated fats and sugars, and engaging in regular cardiovascular exercise. Those who follow a cholesterol-friendly lifestyle typically experience fewer issues unless underlying conditions exist.

Testosterone

Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate use leads to the suppression of natural testosterone production in all users. For individuals with low testosterone levels, this is not a concern as they are already deficient. Performance athletes rely on exogenous testosterone during use, but upon discontinuation, natural production resumes. However, low testosterone patients may require ongoing exogenous therapy. Performance athletes are advised to implement a Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) plan to aid recovery and protect lean muscle tissue. PCT does not fully restore testosterone levels but facilitates a more efficient recovery. Damage to the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Testicular-Axis (HPTA) from improper steroid use or pre-existing low testosterone conditions may affect natural recovery.

Other potential side effects of Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate include acne, oily skin, hair loss, and increased body hair growth.

Appropriate Dosage

The appropriate dosage of Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate varies depending on individual goals, experience, and response to the compound. A typical dosage ranges from 250 to 5+00 mg per week, with more experienced users sometimes administering higher amounts. It is essential to start with a conservative dosage and monitor your body's response to the compound.

Standard Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate cycle

A standard Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate cycle might last 10 to 14 weeks, with the user administering the compound once or twice per week. During this time, the user may stack Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate with other anabolic steroids to enhance results.

Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate Stacking

Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate can be stacked with other anabolic steroids, such as Deca Durabolin, Trenbolone, or Dianabol, depending on the user's goals and desired results.
Testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate has a detection time of approximately 3 months, which means it can be detected in the user's system for an extended period after the last administration. More specifically, testosterone hexahydrobenzoate is only slightly longer, and slower than testosterone Hexahydrobenzoate, and can be used interchangeably.

Availability

Testosterone hexahydrobenzoate is no longer available as an independent commercial drug product. The Sterandryl Retard brand comes in an oil solution for intramuscular injection and is typically found in 1 or 2 ml glass ampules dosed at 50, 100, or 125 mg/ml.
