I can totally relate to that. I stay agitated even on small doses. Why don't you visit your doctor and ask him to give you a prescription of your choosing.

This was such a huge issue for me. Due to years of heavy lifting and long seating hours I had massive pain in my lower back last year. It was so bad that i was unable to move and went straight to the doc. He prescribed some strong pain killers after 15 minutes of consulation. Now the pain is in check and i only take pills when it returns. You should talk to your doctor first imho.
