**The Dukan Diet-**The Dukan diet is a high-protein, low-carb weight loss plan that is divided into two phases for weight loss and two phases for maintenance.

  • **How it works-**Eat as much high-protein meals as you like, and you must consume oat bran, during the weight loss periods.

**The Ultra-Low-Fat Diet-**An ultra-low-fat diet limits your daily calorie intake of fat to less than 10%.

  • **How it works-**A diet that is ultra-low in fat has 10% or less calories from fat. The diet is primarily plant-based, with only a little amount of animal products consumed.
  • **Weight Loss-**Obese people who follow this diet have had great success losing weight.
