Few tips to get ripped fast-

  • Train your muscles- Lift weights or engage in another form of challenging resistance training three to four times a week**.**
  • Concentrate on your strengths- Plan your weight training sessions based on strength, doing 4-5 sets of each exercise with 5–10 repetitions each set.
  • Focus on your inner self- Spend a portion of each workout developing and strengthening your core muscles. This may be the final fifteen minutes of your weight training sessions, or you could add one or two weekly core sessions
  • Engage in regular cardiovascular activity- Get in a few hours of steady-state cardio every week in addition to weight training. Running, swimming, cycling, rowing, kickboxing, and even simple strolling are examples of this.
  • Push yourself for exercises that need lot of metabolic energy- Make time each week for a brief Tabata or HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout. These quick exercises are very strenuous and have a significant effect on your fat reserves.
  • Cut back on calories- Keep an eye on your diet to make sure you're not taking in more calories than you're burning.
  • Consume low-fat, high-protein foods.- Organize your personal food pyramid such that foods high in protein make up more of your diet. Reduce your intake of fatty, high-fat foods significantly or completely at the same time.
  • Select organic and whole food options- Stick to fresh, natural meals instead of fast food, TV dinners, and other manufactured trash
  • Get lots of sleep- When feasible, try to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night**.**
  • Remain hydrated- Throughout the day, especially during vigorous exercise, drink a lot of water to replace the fluids lost through perspiration.
