Bodybuilder found dead before Mr Olympia
Terrible news for the bodybuilding world. George Peterson was found dead in his hotel room a day before Mr. Olympia.
After his trainer Justin Miller had not heard from him for several hours on October 6, he decided to contact the hotel directly. Upon entering the bedroom, security found the 37-year-old bodybuilder unconscious on the floor.
Neither the cardiac massage nor the defibrillator would have been useful, George Peterson had already been dead for several hours. No additional information on the circumstances of his death has yet been released.
Bodybuilder for 10 years, Peterson had time to make a name for himself and win some titles, including the Arnold Classic Physique in 2019.
