Olympia 21: Ramy retains his crown!
After a tough competition with the American Brandon Curry, who was the Mister Olympia 2019 and who was trying to take back his crown, it is finally the Egyptian Mamdouh Elssbiay alias “Big Ramy” who retained his title.
Despite being a favorite in the competition, the 37-year-old Egyptian bodybuilder struggled against Brandon Curry. The latter gave him a hard time, but the Egyptian convinced the judges by being the biggest on the stage.
Big Ramy becomes the second Arab contender to win the title twice in a row.
This new victory allows Mamdouh Elssbiay to qualify for the next edition of Mr Olympia which will take place in 2022.
