6-OXO description

6-OXO Tablets – Product Information

6-OXO, commonly known as Androstenedione or 4-androstene-3,6,17-trione, is an aromatase inhibitor and a derivative of the hormone androstenedione. 6-OXO contains a naturally occurring aromatase inhibitor that is free of any direct hormonal or prohormonal activity (androgenic or estrogenic). 6 OXO is what science refers to as a "suicide inhibitor" of aromatase. Specifically, this means that it will irreversibly bind to the aromatase enzyme and permanently deactivate it. With prolonged use of 6-OXO, the result will be a very substantial reduction in the production of estrogen in the body, along with a coinciding up-regulation of natural (testicular) testosterone production.

6-OXO pills include 50mg each tablet for a total of 2000mg in 40 pills.

What is 6-OXO?

6-OXO Tablets

6-OXO is a chemical that has traditionally been used as a testosterone enhancer. 4-Androstenetrione is the chemical name for it. It was advertised as a natural approach to potentially enhance testosterone levels and improve performance; however, there is no evidence to back up these claims in the scientific literature.

An aromatase inhibitor is another name for 6-OXO.

In essence, Androst-4-ene-3,6,17-trione is a new anabolic chemical that has shown naturally occurring aromatase inhibitor characteristics (or aromatase suicide inhibitor) in a number of in vitro tests.

How does 6 –OXO work?

6-OXO Tablets working

4-androstenedione is a steroidal hormone with 19 carbons that is generated in both the gonads and the adrenal glands. It acts as an intermediate step in the metabolic process that leads to the creation of testosterone, estrone, and estradiol. In one research, 6-OXO was shown to permanently bind to the aromatase enzyme, resulting in a significant decrease in estrogen production. Oxo 200mg Tablet is a prescription antibiotic. It acts by inhibiting the activity of a bacterial enzyme known as DNA-gyrase. This stops the bacterial cells from reproducing and mending themselves, resulting in their death.

The body converts some of the male hormone testosterone to the female hormone estrogen. Androstenetrione blocks this conversion. Some research suggest that the body makes up for the falling estrogen level by making more testosterone. They further suggest that higher levels of testosterone will improve athletic performance. Some people who sell androstenedione say that it increases total testosterone by 188% and free testosterone by 226% over 3 weeks of use. However, there is no scientifically reliable research in people that supports these claims.

How to use Oxo tablets?

6-OXO Medications

Take this medication at the dose and for the period prescribed by your doctor. Take it all at once. It should not be chewed, crushed, or broken. Oxo Tablet can be taken with or without meals, although it is best to take it at the same time every day.

Dosage

Adults commonly take 200-400 mg of Oxo every 12 hours (no more than 800 mg in a single day). This medication is often taken for 10 days to treat bronchitis, 10 days to treat pneumonia, 10-14 days to treat infection of the female reproductive systems, and 6 weeks to treat enlargement of the prostate glands. Oxo is frequently used at the same time each day. This medication is not addictive or habit-forming.

This medication should only be taken as needed. Oxo should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor, even if you feel fine or believe there is no need for you to take it.

6 –OXO: Why it’s used?

Oxo Tablet is used to treat pneumonia, skin infections, lung infections, sexually transmitted diseases in reproductive organs, and bladder and kidney infections. This medication is also used to treat prostate gland enlargement caused by prostatitis. This medication works by eliminating bacterial growth, aiding in the prevention of bacterial illness.

Oxo Tablet is an antibiotic used for the treatment of bacterial infections affecting your lungs, skin, and urinary tract (the kidneys, bladder, ureters, or urethra). It works by stopping the growth of bacteria that cause infection. It is not effective against infections caused by viruses.

Hormones with 6-OXO

Over an eight-week period, the researchers looked at the impact of 6-OXO (androst-4-ene-3,6,17-trione) on hormone levels and safety indicators in resistance-trained male volunteers. The chemical was promoted as a possible aromatase inhibitor, which implies it inhibits testosterone conversion to estrogen. The study's findings revealed that the substance had an effect on the subject's hormone levels.

In terms of serum hormones, the only significant changes that occurred over the trial were general increases in free testosterone, dihydrotestosterone, and estradiol levels.

More study is needed to completely understand hormone production since, while 4-androstene-3,6,17-trione may have some favorable impacts on raising hormones, it also has possible adverse effects because the hormonal ratio is crucial for maintaining appropriate body composition.

6- Oxo Benefits

Below are the benefits of 6-OXO.

6-OXO on Increase Testosterone Levels

A study was conducted to check the impact of 6-Oxo. Six male patients participated in the 4-androstene-3,6,17-trione investigation.  The findings suggest that a-trione has the potential to considerably increase testosterone levels while having just a moderate effect on the estrogen ratio. As a consequence, a-trione can increase the testosterone ratio while keeping estradiol levels within a healthy range, thus reducing estrogen-related negative effects.

However, while 4-Androstene-3,6,17-trione may have some advantages for male hormone balance, it may also have potentially negative side effects, therefore further research is needed to understand its effects on testosterone production.

6-OXO on Lean Muscle Mass

As previously stated, 6-OXO has the capacity to increase the testosterone ratio. Testosterone increases muscle mass and protein synthesis by binding to and activating androgen receptors, increasing insulin-like growth factor-1, and improving amino acid utilization. As a result, it has the ability to generate lean muscle mass and address concerns connected to inadequate muscular development.

However, there is little to no evidence of a direct association between 6-OXO and overall body strength, therefore additional study is needed to understand the direct hormonal influence on human lean muscle formation.

6-OXO on Decreased Body Fat

As previously stated, 6-OXO has the ability to increase testosterone. According to one study, testosterone therapy in obese males with excess fat growth in the body may have a good effect on body fat and body composition. In the therapy group, there were significant reductions in body fat and increases in lean mass.

However, that these findings are limited to the research sample and may not apply to other populations. Furthermore, there is little to no evidence of a direct link between 6-OXO and lower body fat in individuals. As a result, further research is needed to adequately assess its impact.

6-OXO Potential Side Effects

6-OXO may disturb the hormonal balance in the patients, resulting in the following unfavorable side effects:

Symptoms in male individuals included reduced sperm production, smaller testicles, painful or prolonged erections, breast tissue growth, behavioral changes, and an increased risk of heart disease.

  • Stomach discomfort
  • Loose stools
  • Black or Tarry stools
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Muscle pain
  • Fever
  • Painful urination
  • Decreased appetite
  • Joint pain
  • Taste change
  • Excess air or gas in the stomach
  • Runny nose
  • Dizziness
  • Skin rash

Precautions

Precautions

Androstenetrione might be harmful to anyone. If it does really raise testosterone levels in the body, the additional testosterone might have dangerous adverse effects such as liver issues, heart difficulties, and cancer. Androstenetrione should be avoided. Anyone should avoid using androstenedione, however, persons with the following conditions should avoid it much more.

  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding: It should not be used during pregnancy or lactation. To be on the safe side, avoid using.
  • Androstenetrione may boost testosterone levels in prostate cancer and other hormone-sensitive malignancies. Androstenetrione should be avoided by men who have hormone-sensitive diseases such as prostate cancer.
  • Liver disease: Androstenetrione has been linked to an increase in testosterone levels. Increased testosterone is linked to liver issues. Do not use androstenedione if you have a liver condition. If you have taken androstenedione, you should have liver function tests (LFTs) done.

Summary

6-OXO is a naturally occurring testosterone booster and aromatase inhibitor. It has the ability to raise total testosterone, free testosterone, and DHT levels while also increasing lean muscle mass and decreasing body fat. There is, however, minimal data to back up these claims, and additional study is needed to properly understand its effects and potential negative effects.
