Known as one of the best basketball players of his time, Shaquille O'Neal is also venerated for his impressive built.
The 7.1 ft (2.16m) giant recently opened up about his lifestyle since retirement. While he mainly consumed 2 club sandwiches, fries and a pineapple soda during his career, the former NBA star had to adapt his diet and his training once retired.
Now, he announces that to stay in shape, he consumes a lot of meals prepared with salmon. For breakfast, Shaq takes scrambled eggs, cheese, and turkey sausage. During lunch, he eats fish, chicken or even meatloaf.
To fuel his 147kg, Shaquille O'Neal added protein shakes to his diet as well as snacks consisting of peanut butter, bananas and blueberries.
Regarding his training, the former basketball player admits not following any particular plan. He spends 1 hour a day at the gym and combines both cardio and bodybuilding with weights. He adds that he really enjoys biceps training as well as running on the treadmill.
